Terms of use.

The atlas at this domain is free for personal, educational, and editorial use. You may link to any page. You may quote from or screenshot pages with attribution to The American Vote and a link back.

Lesson packets across grade bands K-2 through AP are free to download for any teacher or student. You may print them, hand them out to your own students, and post them in your own learning management system. You may not resell, sublicense, or republish them under your own branding. Primary-source excerpts are used either because they are in the public domain or under fair use for teaching (17 USC §107).

The site sells nothing and has no paid tier. Tips through Ko-fi are voluntary, unlock nothing, and are handled by Ko-fi under its own terms. If you tipped by mistake, email theamericanvote.team@gmail.com.

The atlas is provided as-is. We make a good-faith effort at accuracy and correct errors when they are reported (see corrections), but we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the data.
