The interactive atlas at this domain is free for personal, educational, and editorial use. You may link to any page. You may embed the free embed widget with the included attribution. You may screenshot pages with attribution.

The free embed includes a small “Powered by The American Vote” link. A white-label option that removes the attribution and locks the embed to a specific domain is coming soon; its terms will be published here when it ships.

Lesson packets across grade bands K-2 through AP are free to download for any teacher or student. You may print, distribute to your own students, and post in your own learning management system. You may not resell, sublicense, or republish the content under your own branding. Primary-source excerpts carry either a public-domain basis or 17 USC §107 fair-use educational basis (see the per-cycle audit log for source-level details).

A classroom contribution is a voluntary one-time payment that funds curation, citation audits, and per-cycle revisions. Supporting the project does not unlock additional content — every packet is already free for every visitor. Supporters receive a Stripe-issued, branded receipt usable as an invoice for school budgets, grants, or PTA reimbursement.

Poster sales are coming soon — once available, prints will be fulfilled by Printful with a standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee on print quality. Shipping limited to the United States in year one. Updated terms will be published here when posters ship.
